MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISION

•Provided supervision and implementation of Permanency and Life Skills Unit in the Foster Care and Adoption Program

•Provided management for children, family and adult programs in Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Programs included Family Finding Services, Child Specific Recruitment, Treatment Foster Care, Adoption, Home-Based Services, Kinship Care, Mentoring, Case Management, Independent Living, Groups, and Senior Services.
